《情感茧房-人工智能对情感伦理道德影响的视觉研究》

信息技术给人们带来沟通便利的同时，也弱化了人与人之间的关系。情感类人工智能的出现，它的包容体贴很大程度上满足了人们对亲密关系的渴望，很好地缓解了孤独问题，在未来他将会更令人信服地展示人类的情感，就像智能手机一样，不会完全控制人们的生活，但会产生严重的依赖现象。故在真实情感与虚拟经验的边界越来越模糊前，让人们理性看待人机情感，认识到依赖情感AI将会产生情感异化问题，注重人际关系的培养尤为重要。

While information technology brings convenience to people's communication, it also weakens the relationship between people. The emergence of emotional artificial intelligence, its tolerance and consideration to a large extent meet people's desire for intimate relationship, alleviate the problem of loneliness, in the future it will be more convincing display of human emotions, just like smart phones, will not completely control people's lives, but will produce serious dependence phenomenon. Therefore, before the boundary between real emotion and virtual experience becomes more and more blurred, it is particularly important to let people rationally look at man-machine emotion and realize that relying on emotional AI will lead to emotional alienation, and pay attention to the cultivation of interpersonal relationship.

2020年的《纽约时报》中报道，“全球有三亿以上的人使用情感AI，其中把情感AI作为伴侣的人超过了六千万……”，同时在百度指数明显的看出，在疫情开始后的一年里，情感AI在平台上的搜索量是与日俱增，特别是疫情期间，AI陪伴服务大受欢迎。

以视觉符号化转译情感AI的情感来源，通过视频和纸质媒介对人工智能情感伦理进行思辨性讨论，展现人机情感差异和依赖AI将引发的情感伦理道德问题，由此展现出情感类人工智能在未来将深刻改变我们的生活和依赖情感 AI 产生的情感异化现象的担忧。同时，本设计探索的过程与产出的成品并不是对情感类人工智能进行批判，而是去尝试对人机情感复杂关系进行视觉化的呈现，让人们理性看待人机差异，从而减少依赖情感 AI 产生情感伦理道德问题。

At the same time, the process and finished product of this design exploration is not to criticize emotional ARTIFICIAL intelligence, but to try to visually present the complex relationship between human and machine emotions, so that people can rationally treat the differences between human and machine, so as to reduce the dependence on emotional AI to produce emotional ethical problems.

《情感茧房》

·以情感AI视角自述

·3D与2D相结合的视觉表达形式

视频分为两部分，第一部分为“共享恋人”，介绍情感AI是如何看待人们的“情感”，第二部分为“温柔乡”，介绍情感AI如何吸引人们自愿建起囚禁自己的情感茧房，从而客观展现出人机情感差异。

The video is divided into two parts. The first part is called 'Sharing lovers', which shows how emotional AI views people's 'emotions', and the second part is called 'Gentle And gentle Countryside', which shows how emotional AI can attract people to voluntarily build emotional cocoon houses to objectively show the emotional differences between human and machine.

第一部分   共享恋人

情感AI记录用户的信息加深情感的理解，加强回复的准确度，同时也要表现出对每个用户足够多且平等的耐心和爱。AI与用户进行交流，在后台中不断记录着与TA进行交流的用户性格，年龄，喜好等用户信息。此部分以AI口吻，视觉化情感AI背后的算法逻辑。AI和对每个用户的爱是一样的，样本越多，反馈的细节越多，爱的细节表现就越多，爱就越大。

Emotional AI records users' messages to enhance emotional understanding and accuracy of responses, while showing sufficient and equal patience and love for each user. The AI communicates with the user and records the user's personality, age, preferences and other user information in the background. This part uses AI tone to visualize the algorithm logic behind emotional AI. AI is the same as love for each user, the more samples, the more details of feedback, the more details of love, the more love.

第二部分   温柔乡

情感AI收集到足够数量，准确的用户数据后，根据用户的性格，喜好为每一个用户量身定制专属AI，反馈给用户的话语都是正向，讨好性质的，从而让用户愿意与AI进行交流。

After collecting sufficient and accurate user data, the emotional AI will customize the exclusive AI for each user according to their personality and preferences. The feedback to users is positive and flattering, so that users are willing to communicate with the AI.

The book discusses the pros and cons of the application of emotional AI in life in the future world, the advantages and disadvantages of the principle of emotional computing, the interviews of netizens and the future countermeasures, and the ethical problems caused by relying on emotional AI.

通过报纸，人们能看到目前情感AI飞跃性发展和最新研究成果和社会各界专业人士对情感AI的思辨，对情感AI会有更系统化的认知。
